The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) is working to develop a Statewide Shelter Plan for the Commonwealth.
As part of this project, a brief 5 minute survey has been developed to garner feedback from the general public regarding sheltering and mass care needs and preferences during an emergency.
